305lbs Bench Monday, 383lbs Squat Tuesday, made 2 PR's in 2 days... I will get there soon. If this was 2004 or 2014, I would be very happy getting numbers. I still do, but when I started working 18-20 hours a day, these PR's just became numbers that I should hit when it's time to deliver. There's more fulfillment in delivering results for other people of different walks of life. 16years old kids Benching 120lbs, Squatting 200lbs in 3 weeks from zero lifting experience, guys in mid 40s hitting close to double bodyweight squat in 5 weeks and Deadlift already close to 400lbs. Girls flipping tires, Deadlift and Squatting more than most men, PRs made weekly. Bodies changed, life changed!

There's an aura of hardwork all around the gym, chalk dust everywhere, blood and rust on the bars, writings on the wall. Every corner of the facility screams hardwork. So even when I'm alone training, it fires me up!
