Announcement

Please be informed that due to the limited number of parts received in the Batch 112 container last November 28, 2025, there are fewer kits available for assembly, and only a limited number of manpower will be required for the meantime.
In view of this, Management has decided to recall the first batch of employees who will report for work on January 5, 2026 (Monday). Employees who are selected will receive a text message from the HR Department, and confirmation is required to ensure that the chosen team can immediately report to work as scheduled.
The next batch of employees will be recalled at a later date, subject to further advice.
We appreciate your usual support and understanding.

Please be informed that the Batch 110 will be delivered in the plant tomorrow, April 11, 2025, Friday.
With the early arrival of the incoming container from what we are expecting, therefore, all employees are required to return to work on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 7am. Please report to your immediate supervisors respectively. For those who are unable to report on Monday, kindly advise HR Dept thru our official mobile number or FB Page for your actual return to work.

Please be informed that the Batch 110 is expecting to arrive in Manila port tomorrow, April 5, 2025.
With that, we are expecting to receive the incoming materials within 7-10days from its arrival to Manila (earliest is April 15, Tuesday if no delays). But since its already holy week, we will start to recall employees who will be part of the Inventory Team by April 21 (earliest). To those who were chosen, please expect a text message from HR Dept. and your confirmation is necessary to make sure that the chosen team will immediately report to work. Next batch of employees will be recalled immediately once the parts/ materials have been placed in the production.

Please be informed that the Batch 109 has been delivered in the plant last Tuesday, November 19, 2024.
Therefore, all employees are required to return to work on Monday, November 25, 2024 at 7am. Please report to your immediate supervisors respectively.

With this, employees who are chosen to be part of the Inventory Team are required to report to work tomorrow, November 19. We are expecting to receive the incoming materials within (1) week from its arrival to Manila (earliest is November 14, Thursday if no delays). By then, we will start to recall employees who will be part of the Inventory Team. We would like to inform all concerned employees that the Batch 107 is ready for release. We are expecting to receive the incoming materials anytime from May 6 (Mon) to May 11 (Sat), 2024. Once the sched is defined HR will recall employees starting with the Inventory Team. So please be ready as we need your immediate response once recalled. The rest of the employees will follow once the parts are available for assembly. Kindly wait for our advisory on the exact date of return to work. For your reference and guidance.

Please be informed that the Batch 106 has left Vans last September 11, 2023 and still sailing up to this moment. Estimated (tentative) arrival in Manila will be on October 7, 2023. We expect to receive the said parts/ materials on or before October 20, 2023 if there will be no delays.

Announcement

Para sa mga empleyado ng Exemplar Aircraft Assembly and Training Services Corp. Natanggap na namin ang inyong tugon sa ating survey thru google form.

Pinababatid ng Exemplar Management na magbibigay ng “Materials Shortage Compensation (MSC)” para sa mga apektadong empleyado na pansamantalang hindi muna pinapapasok sa trabaho. Ang halagang matatanggap ng mga empleyado ay pantulong sa pang-araw araw na gastusin habang naghihintay ng anunsyo ng pagbalik sa trabaho. Ang nasabing halaga ay ipapasok sa ATM payroll account ng mga empleyado ngayong araw, August 25, Friday, 4:00PM.

Inaasahan na lahat ng makakatanggap ng MSC ay babalik sa trabaho sa araw at oras na ipatawag na muli sa kumpanya. Na may kaukulang penalty kung hindi agad makakabalik ang nasabing empleyado.

May karagdagang matatanggap ang empleyadong nangungupahan na nagbigay ng resibo/ patunay ng renta. Upang makasiguro na sila ay may matitirhan habang wala pang pasok sa trabaho. Ngunit may mga empleyadong hindi nakasama sa nasabing dagdag na halaga sa dahilan na ang resibong pinadala ay hindi kasama sa kategorya ng “renta” o di kaya’y kasalukuyan pang pinapapasok sa trabaho dahil sa mga tinatapos na project.
