Nature therapy is similar to a dream partnership in that it is loving, respectful, and equal. It's not only about spending as much time together as possible. It all boils down to what your spouse is capable of providing for you and what you are capable of providing for them. You work together to repair one half of the partnership when it begins to fall apart. Otherwise, the unthinkable happens: a truly magnificent occasion comes to an end.
Our relationship with nature is strained, as evidenced by the climate disaster, but breaking up with our planet is not an option. To fix it, we need a new, more personal relationship with nature that recognizes our interconnectedness.

Nature therapy and a sense of connection to the natural world can aid in this situation. Nature has the ability to make us happy while also improving our mental health. But how does it work in the real world?😍
