MARKETING MANAGER (1)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for membership sales and public relations in the club. Develop membership programs and annual meeting strategies.
2. Develops and leads a strategic membership development program designated to increase total membership count and membership dues revenues.
3. Develops and ensure proper maintenance of an accurate contact management system including call records, database and activity management.
4. Ensure membership records are properly maintain on all members.
5. Prepares monthly membership reports required by General Manager and Board/Committees.
6. Assist in coordination of all club events to include invitations, mailings and other publicity. Maintains and develop strong relationships with current members to encourage participation in club events and maintain high level of member satisfaction. Participates in events to ensure members engagement, identify and capture additional opportunities for member recruitment and/or retention.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major emphasis in marketing, public relations.
2. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to coordinate details and prioritize the work on a daily and weekly basis.
MARKETING STAFF (2)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist Marketing Manager on membership sales related activities.
2. Help manage and execute Marketing Manager regarding membership development program designated to increase total membership count and membership dues revenues.
