Ito ang 5 signs na hindi ka na beginner sa fitness.

1️⃣ Hindi ka na nahihiya sa free weights area.
Dati kapag may tao sa bench o free wights area ayaw mong makisabay, pero ngayon ikaw pa yung nagtatanong kung pwede salitan.

2️⃣ Nag-iba na push-ups at pull-ups mo.
Dati kahit isa hirap na hirap ka, ngayon warm-up na lang sayo yan.

3️⃣ May routine ka na bago pa pumunta sa gym.
May maayos ka nang program, hindi na random workout o kung anong machine lang ang makita mo.

4️⃣ Hindi ka na nahihilo sa bawat set.
Alam mo na ang tamang breathing at tamang ex*****on, dati kasi bara bara lang tapos dehydrated at kung ano lang makain mo.

5️⃣ Mas nag aalala ka sa protein intake mo.
Yung tipong matatapos na ang araw at hindi mo pa nahihit yung protein requirement mo, tapos gagawa ka ng paraan para ma-consume mo lahat.

➡️ Minsan akala natin newbie pa din tayo at eto yung nagiging reason kung bakit di tayo nag iimprove. Pero kung titignan mo nang maayos, malayo na talaga ang narating mo kumpara sa dati.
