‼️PAY AS YOU ENTER POLICY‼️

We’ve had a few incidents where walk-in guests preferred to settle their payment after their workout. Unfortunately, there have been instances where payment remained unsettled and said guests never returned to settle their balance.

There were also instances where guests insisted that they had already paid when our cashier asked for payment before they leave, despite no payment being recorded.

To avoid misunderstandings and similar incidents, we kindly ask all walk-in guests to PAY AS YOU ENTER, before starting your workout.

Our CCTV footages are retained and recorded for security and record-keeping purposes.

We appreciate your honesty, cooperation, and understanding. 💛
