On August 14, 2026, the DWCSJ Sports Club Officers took part in a Leadership Training with the theme, โ€œ๐™‡๐™š๐™–๐™™๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™’๐™–๐™ฎ ๐™’๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ ๐™„๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™š๐™œ๐™ง๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ฎ ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™ ๐™„๐™ฃ๐™ฃ๐™ค๐™ซ๐™–๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ค๐™ฃ.โ€

The theme reminds us that leadership is not simply about being in charge. Leading with integrity means doing what is right, taking responsibility, and staying true to our values. Leading with innovation means being open to new ideas, learning from mistakes, and finding better ways to serve others.

As Sports Club Officers, we learned that great leaders are not expected to know everything. They are willing to listen, learn, adapt, and grow while working alongside others.

Leadership is a journey of learning and growth. Leaders are not bornโ€”they are made through experience, integrity, and the courage to lead.

On August 13, 2026, the DWCSJ SHS Sports Club, together with the JHS Sports Club, held its third meeting focused on the complete planning and preparation for the upcoming Intramurals 2026.

The meeting brought the two Sports Clubs together to discuss and organize the different plans and details needed for the event, with the goal of making the Intramurals more organized, exciting, and enjoyable for the entire school community.
