Due to the continuous increase in fuel prices, this issue has become a heavy burden for our riders, who are greatly affected by this widespread problem.
Therefore, instead of increasing our service rates, aside from removing the 5% discount to allocate these funds to our staff. We, also temporarily suspended our "No TRANSPO FEE" from areas far from Sapang Palay.
We did not want to take these steps, but our staff is really struggling as the prices of almost all commodities have risen – even the massage oil they use has increased in cost. Thus, we have decided that District 1, specifically covering Muzon, Tunku, Pleasant, Montecillo, Diamond Crest, Poblacion, Colinas, Evergreen, Harmony Hills, Heroesville, and Francisco Home (1, 2, 3 & 4), delacosta 2,3,6, kelsey, will now have an additional 50-peso transportation fee.
We sincerely apologize for this problem affecting the Philippines. However, those of us who rely on fuel are among the most affected.
Again, we apologize and thank you for your continued trust in us. Rest assured that the quality of our service will remain unchanged.
