📢 ANNOUNCEMENT | OFFICIAL TRAINING SCHEDULE 🏐

To ensure an organized and productive training environment for all athletes, please be guided by the official training schedule of the Lapinigan Stingers Volleyball Team.

🏐 MEN'S TEAM:Monday & Wednesday Court Training

🏐 WOMEN'S TEAM: Tuesday & Thursday Court Training

🏐 FRIDAY – JOINT TRAINING / TUNE-UP GAMES Both the Men's and Women's teams will participate in tune-up games and scrimmages every Friday. These sessions are intended to evaluate each player's performance, improve team chemistry and communication, strengthen on-court connections, and identify areas that need further development.

📌 Important Reminder: On the days when your team is not scheduled for court training, attendance is still REQUIRED. These days will be dedicated to strength and conditioning, including leg workouts, core exercises, endurance training, agility drills, flexibility, and other physical conditioning activities. These workouts are essential in building strength, preventing injuries, and improving overall athletic performance.

We encourage every athlete to be punctual, disciplined, and committed to every training session. Remember that becoming a better player is not only about skills on the court, it is also about consistency, teamwork, and the willingness to improve every single day. Thank you!

Congratulations to all aspiring athletes who successfully passed the initial selection for the Lapinigan Stingers Volleyball Team! We sincerely appreciate everyone who took the courage to participate and showcase their talents.

Please note that this list is NOT YET OFFICIAL. All selected players are currently under probationary/reserve status. The final lineup will be determined based on your performance during training, attendance, discipline, attitude, teamwork, willingness to learn, and overall improvement.

To those who were selected, congratulations once again! Continue working hard and stay humble. To those who were not included this time, don't lose hope. This is not the end of your volleyball journey. Keep training, keep improving, and never stop believing in yourself. We are proud of each one of you for giving your best.
