PLDT is presently resolving some operational issues because their call center and business processing service providers have been ordered by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) to cease and desist from providing services to PLDT. They are now taking measures to resume call center operations. Meantime, we are encouraging customers to send them a direct message on Twitter via or the PLDT Home page. You can also use their online service request channels – PLDT Home mobile app, which can be downloaded from Google Play and the Apple Store. You can create your myHome account at www.pldthome.com and be able to view your billing statements, pay online, and submit service and repair requests online. Thank you.
