The 1st Year BSCRIM students enhanced their judo falling techniques while learning two essential ukemi skills: Back Roll (Ushiro Ukemi) and Mae Mawari Ukemi (Forward Rolling Breakfall). These fundamental techniques help develop proper body control, balance, confidence, and safety during training—building a strong foundation for future judo skills.

🥋 Train smart. Fall safely. Rise stronger.
