We offer programs that fit your needs for ex. toning, weight loss, power building, muscle building and circuit training for athletes and non-athlete preparing for an event or just to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

ATTENTION:

💪SAFETY PROTOCOL GUIDELINES💪

1. No mask no workout policy

2. Place a visible signage outside the gym, "NO Free Trials" , "NO WALK-IN sessions",

3. Gym is open at 7am until 8pm.

4. Maintain physical distancing of 1 to 1.5m apart

5. Required disinfection with alcohol and provided footbath at the entrance area before entering to the facility

6. Required temperature scanner check before entering the facility.

7. Members' are required to bring their own alcohol and towel.

8. Limit the crowd according to the gym area. Max of 10 person per 150 sqm for studio classes.

9. No stetching and massage after workout, No sparring.

10. STRICTLY NO WORKOUT: If you feel sick, look sick and thermal scanned at 37.5° and up body temperature.
