This season, I’m challenging myself again — not just physically, but mentally, too. I want to test my consistency and discipline, because growth doesn’t happen in comfort. 🏃‍♂️

The goal isn’t to brag, but to inspire. There was a time I struggled with health issues and constant fatigue for no clear reason. But I’ve learned that our bodies are not ours to neglect — they’re a gift from God to be cared for and used for His glory. 🙌

This journey is my way of saying: I’m taking responsibility for my health, my habits, and my heart.
Because when we strengthen our bodies, we also strengthen our faith, endurance, and spirit. 💪

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NLT)

Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.
