We salute our dedicated San Carlos City Negros Football Club (SCCNFC) officials, led by Club President Pocholo C. Yuvienco, for providing the administrative backbone, governance, and daily guidance that keeps our local football and futsal programs running at an elite level.
We also extend our deepest gratitude to the Negros Occidental Regional Football Association (NORFA), led by President Jose Miguel W. Valmayor, and the entire Futsal Competition Division. By consistently organizing high-intensity, high-stakes local tournaments, you provided the exact tournament pressure cooker our girls needed to develop their tactical maturity and elite mental toughness. This national victory is a direct fruit of that dedicated structural sports development!
