First Day Assessment for Beginners 🏊‍♀️🌊

Today marks the start of our swimming journey as we assess our beginners’ comfort and skills in the water. From basic floating to simple movements, this first step helps us understand each swimmer’s level and build their confidence safely. 💙

We are excited to announce that our swimming lessons will be starting soon! These sessions are designed to help everyone improve their stroke technique, build endurance, and enhance overall water confidence.

To ensure a smooth and productive experience, all students are encouraged to bring their complete gear and wear proper swimming attire.

Required Equipment Checklist:

• Short fins
• Hand paddles
• Pull buoy
• Goggles
• Swimming cap
• Towel
• Water bottle (stay hydrated!)

Please come prepared so we can make the most of our time in the water. We look forward to seeing your progress and having an enjoyable activity together!
