As part of the Smile Samal Youth Festival, in celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, our young volleyball enthusiasts are taking part in a 2-Day Free Volleyball Referee Training!

πŸ“ VENUE: New City Hall Roofdeck, Sitio Maag, Brgy. PeΓ±aplata, Samal District, IGCS

This training is open to youth who are able and willing to learn the basic rules, officiating procedures, and guidelines of volleyball.

Beyond learning the game, this initiative aims to equip and develop future volleyball referees who can extend their skills and provide free officiating services during local volleyball tournaments and leagues in their respective barangays.
