Samal City Shooting Edge Firing Range Samal City Shooting Edge is currently located at Brgy, Kinawitnon, Island garden City of Samal Crame, Quezon City last November 9, 2020.

The Samal City Shooting Edge Firing Range was located in Sitio Ang Purok 3, Barangay Kinawitnon, Babak, Island Garden City of Samal (IGACOS), Davao del Sur. The Certificate of Accreditation was approved by Philippine National Police (PNP) Fi****ms and Explosives Office (FEO), Camp BGen Rafael T. The purpose of this Firing Range is to promote sport facilities, equipment and training necessary for

proper safe, skillful, lawful handling and use of fi****ms for recreational and competition shooting serving as new tourism destination that will bring forth local employment and economic activity to the island. This will also provide the National Security Agencies, Criminology Course and Local Government Security Units and interested private parties the proper venue and logistics for safety proficiency training. Every human being has the right to self defense this is simple universal truth. To have the means and skills to defend oneself is another matter altogether, for a person who may have the means to defend oneself, may not necessarily possess the knowledge, skill or experience to utilize his weapon effective or efficiently when dire ties comes. This is why SHOOTFEST is important to not only certified gun owners and shooting enthusiast, but for Law Enforcement Officers, entrusted to keep the peace, enforce the law and secure the safety of the citizenry. We are obligated to maintain a firearm proficiency which is above the Norm.
