The BECEd SBO Officers successfully completed their Leadership Training held at Pilwak, Salay, Misamis Oriental, on August 6โ€“7, 2026.

They trained with purpose, learned with passion, and acquired valuable skills with a reason . to become better leaders and better servants of the BECEd community.

This training was more than just learning leadership skills. It was an opportunity to strengthen teamwork, communication, responsibility, confidence, and our commitment to serve.

Leadership is not only about having a position. It is about learning, growing, understanding, and preparing ourselves to serve others better.

Our two day Leadership Training was filled with meaningful activities that showed the true spirit of ๐’„๐’๐’๐’๐’‚๐’ƒ๐’๐’“๐’‚๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’, ๐’–๐’๐’…๐’†๐’“๐’”๐’•๐’‚๐’๐’…๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ, ๐’„๐’“๐’†๐’‚๐’•๐’Š๐’—๐’Š๐’•๐’š, ๐’“๐’†๐’”๐’‘๐’†๐’„๐’•, and ๐’ˆ๐’๐’๐’… ๐’”๐’†๐’“๐’—๐’Š๐’„๐’†. These moments remind us that great leaders are not born ready; they continue to train, learn, and improve themselves.
