“If you are tired of starting over, Stop giving up.”

You have all done it. Tried different diets, joined new and better gyms, experimented with alternative methods of losing weight. But the main drawback is that we expect results too soon without staying 100% committed. And then again we start over with a new diet plan and a new gym. This process tires you out, robs you of your confidence, and is a demotivator. Identify your weak points, write them down, and strategize a solution. For example, if you have the habit of snacking frequently, better snack on healthy foods. If you can’t get up in the morning, go to the gym after work or school or workout at home.
When you start working out or eating healthy, it will be difficult to adhere to it. Even doing 10 reps of jumping jacks may seem like a struggle. But as you keep doing it you will be ready for more complex challenges. You will build mental and physical strength for the upcoming obstacles. Obstacles that you can overcome if you sweat and struggle today.
This quote will trigger the hormones that will help you become strong willed. You will be motivated to go an extra mile to reach your weight loss goals in a safe and effective way of doing it.

Weight loss: it’s something many people devote their lives to finding ways to help shed those pounds. But really, we shouldn't be just talking about weight loss at all - we should be focusing on fat loss as well.
If we're looking to be our healthiest selves, what many of us could do with is losing a bit of fat. It's all about changing your body composition, losing fat while maintaining muscle. This is a little more challenging. However, it's not impossible, because when exercise is fun, you'll stick to it. Training will no longer feel like a chore, or punishment, it will become a joy.
Put simply: Start exercising because you love, not hate, your body. Most importantly you have to maintain a healthy body fat percentage to look younger for longer!

Do you ever get frustrated that you’re not getting leaner, or snapping into shape fast enough? The truth is that result takes time. Make sure the targets you set for yourself are yours and not from anybody. Sometimes, results are delayed because you’re trying everything you see and hear. Transferring from one gym to another could keep you away from your goal. Remember, whatever your goal is, the best results come from making small changes, finding healthier habits, finding the right facility, and improving your lifestyle. It’s about a shift in what you eat, and how much. It’s looking at how hard and how frequently you train with the right people. And it’s not about being swayed by what someone else is doing. Decide what you really want, and stick to it consistently.
