Being recognized by our hometown makes every early morning training session, every sacrifice, and every challenge worthwhile. This special recognition celebrates the remarkable achievement of our swimmers who proudly represented the Philippines at the 17th SICC Invitational Swimming Competition 2026 held at the Singapore Island Country Club, Singapore, bringing home medals and pride for Rosario.
To our young swimmers, continue chasing your dreams with courage, discipline, and determination. To our parents, coaches, and everyone who has supported these athletes, thank you for being part of every stroke, every victory, and every milestone.
To Hon. Leovy Morpe and the Municipality of Rosario, thank you for believing in our athletes and for your continued support of youth and sports development. Your recognition serves as an inspiration for our swimmers to dream bigger, work harder, and continue bringing honor to our municipality and to the Philippines.
