IKIGAI Volleyball Summer Clinic Training is happening! ๐ Here's what you need to know:
*Training Focus:*
- Skills development: serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking
- Teamwork and strategy
- Fitness and conditioning
*Training Sessions:*
- Daily drills and scrimmages
- Position-specific training (e.g., setters, liberos)
- Game-like scenarios and simulations
*Coaching Staff:*
- Experienced coaches with local and national team experience
- Guest coaches from top schools or clubs
*Equipment:*
- Bring your own volleyball gear (knee pads, water bottle, extra shirt etc.)
- Training equipment provided
*Goals:*
- Improve your skills and fitness
- Build teamwork and communication
- Prepare for upcoming tournaments or tryouts
