URBN GYM

People using the equipment in the Gym are responsible for their own safety. They are advised to seek advice and assistance from our staff in the Gym, if necessary.
2. Smoking is prohibited in the Gym area/designated fitness area at all times.
3. For the safety of all users, please refrain from preventing or interfering others’ use of the equipment in the Gymnasium.
4. For the benefit of all, it is

requested that you return equipment to the corresponding place when finished.
5. Private coaching, Group classes, assessments and other related activities are allowed.
6. Please mute mobile phones and pagers while on Gym.
7. The use of a personal towel is required in order to avoid possible contagions and the deterioration of the machines. Once you have finished your session, kindly maintain cleanliness in Gym.
9. In case of any doubt, complaints on using Gym equipment or equipment breakdowns, we request that you immediately inform the Reception or Gym attendant or Gym Instructors (Coaches) for assistance.
10. Please handle the equipment in the Gym with care. Users are responsible for any damages to the facilities or equipment.
11. The URBNGym Management will take no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of belongings brought into the Gym by users.
12. All users are required to follow the instructions of the Management and the Coaches.
13. The Management reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations without prior notice.
14. Users are responsible for their own property and safety.
15. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be paid in full. We do not provide refunds that are cancelled by clients.
16. The URBNGym Management will not be responsible for any loss, injury or death of anyone using the facility.
17. Failure to comply with the above rules may result in loss of gym privileges, cancellation of membership and forfeiture of packages (e.g. Personal Training/Group Training) purchased.
18. Issues or concerns with the Management, Co-users and/or Coaches/Gym Instructors should be dealt with professionally and harmoniously. Any disputes are encouraged to be settled amicably.
19. All payment transactions should only be made over the counter.
20. Posting on social media which will directly or indirectly harm or malign the reputation of the URBNGym family (Management, Users, Coaches and Staffs) is strictly prohibited.
21. Users or companions and Coaches under the influence of drugs, liquor and the like will not be allowed access to the Gym and its facilities.
22. Users or companions and Coaches who are sick shall not be allowed access to the Gym and its facilities.
