1. SPORTS MASSAGE. Relieve muscular tension, break down adhesions, mobilize soft tissues and reduce pain. This specialized massage for Sports/Gym/fitness athletes involves a wide range of techniques that include effleurage, kneading, wringing, hacking, and trigger pointing using human hands and arms as the only tool.

2. IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) / M2T Blade. A medical-grade stainless steel instrument is used to improve or minimize unavoidable scar tissue, soft tissue restrictions, chronic inflammation or degeneration caused by Sports/Gym-related hardcore activities.

3. KINESIO TAPING w/ MUSCLE RELEASE. Tape used in rehabilitation practices and sports to reduce pain and disability from injury; provide support while allowing movement and promoting healing of soft tissue injuries; Muscle (Myofascia) release focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points that could affect your athletic performance.

4. MEDICAL SPORTS PT. Provides care of injuries and basic life support in a recreational, training, & sports competitive environment. It utilizes the principles of sports and exercise science and is concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient back to optimum levels of functional, and sports specific fitness.

5. SILICON CUPPING. The strong suction combined with gliding techniques helps resolve chronic muscle tightness and pain faster if paired with a massage / IASTM. ACUPRESSURE MAGNETIC CUPPING.
