As coaches, we are not magicians we cannot simply wave a wand and make an athlete fast without proper training, effort, and dedication. Speed, strength, and skill are all developed through consistent practice, disciplined workouts, and a commitment to improvement. Athletes must put in the hard work, follow structured training programs, and push their limits to see real progress. While we provide guidance, strategy, and motivation, the results ultimately depend on the athlete’s willingness to train and grow. Success is earned, not magically given.
