✅Under Republic Act No. 10699, qualified national athletes and coaches accredited by the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) and Philippine Olympic Committee are entitled to

‼️a 20% sales discount on various goods and services, including:
‼️Transportation: Domestic flights (e.g., base fare discounts on Philippine Airlines), passenger ships, and local transit.
‼️Accommodations: Hotels and lodging establishments.
‼️Dining: Restaurants and recreation centers.
‼️Medical & Sports: Prescription generic or branded medicines, vaccines, vitamins, and sports equipment for personal use.
‼️Leisure: Cinemas, concert halls, museums, and theme parks

👌I'll post this again to raise awareness. Sobrang hirap mag-explain palagi sa mga restaurants. Most are saying na there's no memo telling them to give discount for athletes. Some are even looking for the outdated booklets (as far as I remember, for the past 3 years wala ng booklets na binibigay si PSC 🥲)

I insist for the intended discounts not just for myself but also for other athletes' welfare. If they don't give the discount, other athletes will also suffer the same..

👌For accomodations, speaking from my experience 90 percent of hotel chains are not aware of this discount.
👌For transport, speaking again from my experience, never nakapag pa discount sa mga flights because there is no option online to toggle as a National Athlete. The only option para madiscount is if we go to the airport at doon sa ticketing office mismo ng airline company pupunta.. From a practical point of view, mahirap at matagal ang proseso.
