Meet the Man Behind "Big Boys Gym"

who knows what ‘zero’ feels like.

He started with zero members, one rusty barbell, and a promise: ‘I’ll keep to rebuild for anyone who walks in broken.

I was that student. No gym nearby. 1 hour travel just to lift. Skipped sessions, skipped meals, skipped hope.

After graduating and getting work, I made one promise: I’ll build my own gym. So the next kid doesn’t waste 1 hour on a commute just to chase confidence.

This isn’t just business. It’s passion. It’s my hobby. It was my coping mechanism when the weight on my mind hit. It’s how I built self-esteem from zero.
