Strength Endurance Athletic Limitations is the newest program in sport performance training. SEAL's curriculum focuses on fabricating mental toughness that will ensue greater heights for the individual no matter what challenges may arise, not just in fitness or a specific sport(s) for the individual or athletes, but also to the everyday grind through out our daily activity and life
by prescribing functional fitness that incorporates everyday movements with different load capacities and time requirements. SEAL stimulates the bodyβs metabolic and cardiovascular system to increase heart and overall health. Along with cultivating the mind into the state of understanding what it take to successfuly achieve or attain their goals. SEALS is the ideal program for those who want to experience a fast paced, whole body, sport geared workout designed around simple and functional movements that strengthen and enhance your body. At SEALs, our ability to scale our workout to your individual needs and abilities means that anyone, at any skill level, can jump into a class and pick up the movements, the concepts, and the intensity. Based around the Prescribed Workouts developed by our in-house certified trainor. SEAL programs focuses on the development and improvement of the 10 physical skills that comprise functional movements at high intensity:
Cardiovascular/Respiratory endurance: The ability of body systems to gather, process, and deliver oxygen
Stamina: The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilize energy. Strength: The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply force. Flexibility: the ability to maximize the range of motion at a given joint. Power: The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply maximum force in minimum time. Speed: The ability to minimize the time cycle of a repeated movement. Coordination: The ability to combine several distinct movement patterns into a singular distinct movement. Agility: The ability to minimize transition time from one movement pattern to another. Balance: The ability to control the placement of the bodyβs center of gravity in relation to its support base.
