Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Quezon City F.I.S.T GYM is the premier jiu jitstu academy in Quezon City. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a ground based grappling system made famous in the UFC by Royce Gracie.

It is now one of the most sought after martial arts systems in the world and can be trained by absolute beginners , children and adults of all ages. Coach Stephen Kamphuis is a 3rd degree Black belt under the tutorlege of Master Fabricio for over 9 years and under Anthony Lange from Lange Martial Arts Sydney Australia . He is currently the highest ranked Black belt in the Philippines and is following the footsteps of these great masters by teaching at KMA Fitness & Martial Arts, with headquarters in Makati City. F.I.S.T Gym is an affiliate of KMA Fitness & Martial Arts and is tasked to promote the sport in this side of the city.

Yesterday was another special milestone for our Fist-Fabricio family. Congratulations to all our kids, teens, and adult students who successfully passed their belt grading!

A special congratulations as well to Coaches Luan Jindani (Black Belt) and Rosenberg Rosete (1st Degree Black Belt) on reaching another milestone in their own Jiu Jitsu journey. Even as coaches, they remain students who continue to learn and grow.

Thank you Professor Stephen Kamphuis for more than two decades of guiding us in this endeavor.

Enjoy a well deserved rest today. Tomorrow, we return to the mats. The journey continues…
