Online Taekwondo Classes!

With the current situation everyone is expected to stay at home.

I have decided to offer classes online to help keep your kids and even yourself active.

Taekwondo offers an overall body workout and helps develop balance, flexibility, muscular endurance, and cardio-respiratory endurance.

Summer Taekwondo Enrichment Program by Scientific Taekwondo Efficiency Program is now accepting participants for this year's edition.

What makes this one very special is the program will now include the Bully Defense System! Empower your kids and make them bullyproof!

Venue: Kalayaan Badminton Center along Kalayaan Ave., Diliman, QC.

Schedule : Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
April 23- May 28, 2019

Program Fee: 7000.00 php
Includes: 16 sessions, Free Uniform, and Winning In The Huddle book.

Sign your kids up for the Self-defense Program slated this January of 2019.

Will run every Saturdays at 2pm to 4pm.

What they will learn:

How to block properly.
How to punch properly.
How to kick properly.
How to act properly.
Yes, how to run properly.

Program will make use of boxing, Taekwondo, and kickboxing techniques and we will have guest instructors who will impart their expertise and wisdom especially against bullying.
Character development program will make use of the book Winning In The Huddle.

Orientation will be on January 12, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
