Kagawad Marisa Abella-Reyes, fondly known as “Mars ng Bahay Toro,” is a passionate and hands-on public servant serving Bahay Toro, Project 8, Quezon City. She is the founder of the Bahay Toro Athletic Club, PUBSAAA, GSIS/IMSHS Alumni Association, and THES Alumni Association, reflecting her deep commitment to youth development, community engagement, and lifelong connections among alumni. As the cur

rent Chairperson of the Barangay Committee on Health and Environment, Kagawad Marisa leads initiatives that promote wellness, cleanliness, and sustainability in the community. She is widely recognized for her heartfelt project, Gulay Ni Mars, where she distributes free vegetables to residents—bringing not just nourishment, but hope and care to every household. With compassion, integrity, and action-driven leadership, Mars ng Bahay Toro continues to serve and uplift the community she proudly calls home.

Mental Health Awareness Month man o hindi, mahalagang paalala na ang mental health ay kasing halaga rin ng ating physical health. ❤️

Sa dami ng pinagdadaanan natin araw-araw, huwag nating kalimutang magpahinga, makinig sa sarili, at magbigay ng oras para sa ating kapayapaan ng isip. Hindi kailangang laging “okay” — at walang masama sa paghingi ng tulong kapag kailangan.

Ngayong huling linggo ng Mental Health Awareness Month, sana ay mas piliin nating maging mabait hindi lang sa ibang tao, kundi pati sa ating sarili.

Isang paalala para sa lahat na “Hindi mo kailangang dalhin mag-isa ang lahat.”
