It was a wonderful day of stories and inspiration as we celebrated the launch of 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝙎𝙝𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙅𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨 by our very own 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿, 𝗘𝗺𝗺𝗮 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, held on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟮 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹. 📚✨

The occasion was made even more special through the presence and support of 𝗠𝘀. 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗮 𝗛𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗴, 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮, whose help made this meaningful celebration possible.

Through this heartfelt book, Emma reminds us that feeling nervous is okay—and that with a little courage, we can face our fears and discover what we are truly capable of.

In the July-September issue of 𝗶𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗧 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗲 (https://tinyurl.com/soapimpact), 𝗣𝗮𝗺 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸, Senior Manager, Initiatives at Special Olympics Asia Pacific, authored an article titled “𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙨 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥”.

Her commentary addressed 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, highlighted how 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵-𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, and underscored the importance of 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 between public and private stakeholders.

We’re globally recognized! 🌏🇵🇭

Special Olympics International has featured Special Olympics Pilipinas and our National Training of Trainers on Unified Sports held last June 21–24!

Through this training, we reached 500 Department of Education leaders representing all 18 regions of the country, equipping them to help advance inclusive education through sports. Together with the Department of Education, we are working toward one shared vision: schools where every learner experiences inclusion and belonging.

And we will not stop here. By cascading the training to the regional and local levels, we aim to reach even more schools, educators, and learners across the Philippines.
