A major study led by Dr. Benjamin Levine and published in Circulation reveals that two years of consistent aerobic exercise can reverse heart aging by up to 20 years in adults around the age of 50.

Participants followed a structured routine combining moderate-intensity workouts and high-intensity interval training.

The results showed dramatic improvements in heart flexibility, aerobic fitness, and overall cardiovascular health, essentially rejuvenating the heart’s biological age.

Most notably, the greatest benefits were seen in those who had been sedentary before the program began, reinforcing the message that it’s never too late to start.

Researchers emphasize that starting regular exercise in midlife, especially before age 65, can profoundly slow or even reverse age-related heart decline.

Good morning, Fitness Buddies,

It has come to our attention that a male gym member has been involved in inappropriate sexual behavior towards female members. Please be informed that such conduct will not be tolerated in our gym and will be dealt with seriously and accordingly.

In this regard, we are directing all male gym-goers, members, and staff to strictly avoid any physical contact with female members, especially if they do not personally know each other. Furthermore, making sexual jokes, comments, or innuendos—whether directed at someone or said in a way that makes others uncomfortable—is strictly prohibited and will be treated as an offense.

To maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone, the following penalties will be imposed on anyone who violates this rule:

First Offense: Stern Warning

Second Offense: One (1) Month Suspension

Third Offense: Permanent Ban from the Gym and the Filing of an Appropriate Criminal Complaint in accordance with the Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313)

We also encourage all female members to report any such incidents directly through this page. Your privacy and safety are our top priorities, and all reports will be handled with confidentiality and urgency.

Let us all work together to ensure that Fitness Bud Gym remains a safe and welcoming space for all.
