The UP Women’s Football Team (UPWFT) are gifted student-athletes recruited from all over the Philippines, who are the official representative of the University in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP). It has been the vision of the UPWFT to be exemplary role models and sources of inspiration for the Football Community, to be active members in the University, and future leaders in the fields they excel in.

PUSHED ‘TIL THE END! 🥅☄️🌟

Bouncing back from last time, the UP Women’s Football Team showed excellent defense in yesterday’s Rank Match against the DLSU Lady Booters. With grit and resilience, midfielder Pat Espinosa scored a goal within 4 minutes, resulting in a draw of 1-1.

We thank everyone who was always present and showed their undying support for the girls! Remember to keep the fighting spirit! LABAN! ✊❤️‍🔥⚽️

Defender Shanile Marqueses added her name to the scoreboard with a 79th minute header as the UP Women’s Football Team put up a solid fight against DLSU, battling until the very last minute and keeping up a strong wall the entire time. 💪💥

This marks the end of the UPWFT’s PFF Women’s League 2026 elimination round. Thank you to everyone who has shown their support for the girls so far, and we look forward to seeing you at our future fixtures! 🫡🔥

PLAYED WITH GRIT 💪🏼

Amidst setbacks brought by the FEU Lady Tamaraws, the UP Women’s Football Team was able to secure a goal with the relentless push of right winger Jai Tundag with 18 minutes left in the second half of last night’s game.

The girls will face DLSU rescheduled to Wednesday, August 5 at the Adidas Football Park in MOA. Kickoff is at 8:00PM. Don’t miss it! ❤️‍🔥
