From Learning to Progress β The Journey Continues
First of all, I want to congratulate all of you, girls, for your hard work, dedication, and sacrifices throughout this journey.
Our team started only in 2024, and at that time we were still building the foundation of this program. We didnβt even make it to the NCR Meet back then. But instead of giving up, we continued to train, learn, and believe in the process.
In 2025, we achieved something important β we qualified for the NCR Meet for the first time. As first-timers, we knew the competition would be tough, and we finished 13th place. But for us, that experience was already a big step forward. It gave us exposure, lessons, and a clearer understanding of the level we needed to reach.
And now in 2026, the hard work paid off again.
From 13th place last year, we climbed our way up to 6th place and reached the quarterfinals. This result may not yet be the ultimate goal, but it is a clear sign that the team is moving in the right direction.
Progress like this doesnβt happen overnight. It takes time, patience, discipline, and a lot of sacrifices. Success is not built in a month or even in a year β it is built through consistent effort and long-term commitment.
This is why I am proud of this team. Not only because of the result, but because of the growth, character, and fighting spirit that you all showed.
Our journey is still far from over. If this year we reached the quarterfinals and 6th place, then next year we will aim even higher β maybe the semifinals, maybe even the championship.
Step by step.
One season at a time.
Trust the process.
Again, congratulations to all of you. The future of this team is bright, and this is only the beginning.
