Sunday Keiko Update & Important Announcements

Great energy on the mat during today's Sunday Keiko! We spent time sharpening our fundamentals through the Ikkyo family, focusing on solid body arts, distance, and precision. We also conducted a thorough 4th Kyu examination review to help our examinee refine the techniques and prepare for the upcoming test. Keep practicing the details—the hard work shows!

Schedule Adjustments & Upcoming Events

Please take note of our practice schedule changes for the coming week due to the upcoming Aikido Seminar:

Thursday (Sep 3): NO KEIKO

Next Sunday (Sep 6): NO KEIKO

Rest up, review your movements, and support our participants attending the seminar next weekend! We will see everyone back on the mat for regular training after the event.

Rain and a sudden power outage couldn't stop the energy on the mat during our recent Sunday keiko!

When the lights went out, we turned our focus inward—stripping things back to master fundamental movement, solid entry (irimi), and body alignment. Training through the stormy elements only reminded us that true martial arts spirit thrives in any condition.
