FORM IS KEY FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS!
Today's TIP: Master the Bodyweight Squats to maintain proper form and build strength in your glutes and legs.

While you naturally squat when sitting or standing, DON'T UNDERESTIMATE IT! This exercise targets your legs and glutes - the powerhouse muscle, so make the most of it!

A word of caution: When executed improperly, squats can strain your knees. Focus on the correct form by pushing the buttocks outward, as if preparing to sit in a chair. Use the muscles in your hips and thighs to elevate yourself. Done correctly, your knees will shift only in the initial part of the squat, with your hips completing the motion.

Perfect your form, pour in that effort, and watch those gains roll in! Give it a try and let me know how it feels! 💡🏋️‍♀️
