• For prepaid cellular mobile data users, required to have at least an 8GB data allowance/promo per day for those with data allocation limits (prepaid cellular/mobile data).

The Revised IRR of Republic Act 11058 or “An Act Strengthening the Compliance to the Occupational Safety and Health Standards and Providing Penalties Thereof” was signed last April 28, 2025 thru DOLE Department Order No. 252 series of 2025 and was published last May 1, 2025, thus making it effective on May 16, 2025 requiring compliance from all workplaces and establishments. Non-compliance to any provisions of the OSH Standards, like the absence of Safety Officers, non-submission of required reports may constitute penalties per day!.
