We teach boxing, Muay Thai, jiu jitsu, wrestling, judo, MMA and kali. FIST offers classes in boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, mixed martial arts, wrestling and Filipino martial arts. Yesterday was another special milestone for our Fist-Fabricio family. Congratulations to all our kids, teens, and adult students who successfully passed their belt grading!

A special congratulations as well to Coaches Luan Jindani (Black Belt) and Rosenberg Rosete (1st Degree Black Belt) on reaching another milestone in their own Jiu Jitsu journey. Even as coaches, they remain students who continue to learn and grow.

Thank you Professor Stephen Kamphuis for more than two decades of guiding us in this endeavor.

Enjoy a well deserved rest today. Tomorrow, we return to the mats. The journey continues…
