Training continues today for those who can safely make it to the dojo. If conditions in your area allow you to travel safely, we’ll be ready to train with you.

At the same time, we understand that the weather may make it difficult or unsafe for some of our members to come in. If you need to stay home, that’s okay too. The drills can wait, and we’ll see you when it’s safe to return.

Train when you can. Stay safe when you can’t. Your safety will always come first.

What a weekend for Team KDA! 💥

We came, we competed, and we made our mark at the 4th CavKD–SKIP Karatedo Championship. Our athletes gave it their all on the tatami — delivering powerful performances, unwavering focus, and the kind of heart that makes us proud to be KDA.

To every single athlete who stepped onto the mat — job well done! You represented our team with honor and brought home an incredible 18 medals (4 Gold, 3 Silver, 11 Bronze). Every strike, every block, every kata was a testament to your hard work and dedication.

The 4th CavKD–SKIP Karatedo Championship, held last August 2, 2026, at Robinsons Place Antipolo, was a defining moment for KDA, and our athletes delivered beyond expectation.

ONE EVENT. COUNTLESS LESSONS. ENDLESS GROWTH. 🥋

Last July 19, KDA members, partner clubs, and karate practitioners came together for a day of learning, connection, and growth during our KDA General Assembly and Joint Kumite Training.

From meaningful discussions during the General Assembly to an action-packed kumite training, every moment reflected the discipline, respect, and unity that define our karate community.

A special thank you to our guest instructors, Sensei Kurt Aguilar and Sensei Alex Lay, for leading the opening kumite seminar and sharing your knowledge and experience with everyone on the mat. Your guidance challenged and inspired our participants to continue improving their skills.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our participating clubs Maharlika Karatedo Kai of the Philippines International, and Samurai Karatedo Club for joining us and sharing the spirit of camaraderie on the mats. Your presence helped make this event an even more meaningful experience for everyone involved.

To our parents, supporters, and every participant who joined us, thank you for making this event a success. Your dedication and passion continue to strengthen our karate community.

This may be the end of one event, but it’s only another step in our journey to become better karateka.
