Another Titan Support Systems - Philippines lifter has brought home medals for Team PH. Ashley Cruz, making her debut at the world championships, nailed a 240 kg squat for silver and a 197.5 kg deadlift for bronze.

She also benched 117.5 kg, bringing her total to 555 kg. Every lift shattered all Philippine junior records, including the single-lift bench press record.

Titan Support Systems - Philippines lifter Jane Erasmo defended her world title in style, sweeping all the gold medals in the 57 kg class at the 2026 World Junior & Sub-Junior Powerlifting Championships. She shattered all Asian Junior records in squat, bench press, deadlift, total, and even the single-lift bench press. Jane also achieved the highest equipped GL points score ever by any Filipino, male or female, with 101.31 points.

With lifts of 200 kg in squat, 132.5 kg in bench press, and 192.5 kg in deadlift for a total of 525 kg, she dominated the field, beating USA’s Octavia Hill and Elizabeth Pizarro, who took silver and bronze in the total, by a wide margin.

Huge congratulations to Titan Support Systems - Philippines lifter Lyra Silvano for capturing her first world title on her debut, at just 14 years old, in the Sub-Junior (14–18 years) 43 kg class at the 2026 World Junior & Sub-Junior Powerlifting Championships in Sun City, South Africa.

Lyra dominated with lifts of 105 kg in the squat, 60 kg in the bench press, and 117.5 kg in the deadlift, for a total of 282.5 kg, decisively defeating USA’s Crystal Anaya to claim all four gold medals.

Another Titan lifter, Jane Erasmo, shattered four Philippine records, bagging three golds and five silvers in the 57 kg junior category at the 2026 Asian Junior & Sub-Junior Championships.

In Classic powerlifting, she claimed gold in the bench press (92.5 kg) and silver in the squat (140 kg), deadlift (170 kg), and total (402.5 kg), setting new PH Junior records in all.

In Equipped powerlifting, she took gold in the deadlift (170 kg) and total (465 kg), along with silvers in the squat (180 kg) and bench press (115 kg).

Titan lifter Ashley Cruz smashed 3 Asian records, taking home four golds, three silvers, and a bronze in the 84 kg junior category at the 2026 Asian Junior & Sub-Junior Championships.

In Classic powerlifting, she took gold in the squat (195 kg), silver in the bench press (102.5 kg) and total (475 kg), and bronze in the deadlift (177.5 kg), setting new Asian Junior records in the squat, deadlift, and total.

In Equipped powerlifting, she earned golds in the squat (227.5 kg), deadlift (177.5 kg), and total (517.5 kg), along with a silver in the bench press (112.5 kg).

Titan lifters have done it again, this time shining at the 2026 Asian Junior & Sub-Junior Powerlifting Championships in Hainan, China. Making her debut with the PH Powerlifting Team, Lyra Silvano, at the minimum 14-years of age, led the gold medal haul, snagging 7 golds and 1 silver in the Sub-Junior category (14-18 years old).

In Classic Powerlifting at 43 kg bodyweight, she won golds in the squat (90 kg), bench press (50 kg), and total (250 kg), plus a silver in the deadlift (110 kg).

In Equipped Powerlifting at 45 kg bodyweight, she claimed all the golds with a 120 kg squat, 62.5 kg bench press, 122.5 kg deadlift, and a 305 kg total.
