πŸ“’ ANNOUNCEMENT: PSP GYM DAHLIA BRANCH IS CURRENTLY CLOSED

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

We want to inform you that the PSP Gym Dahlia Branch is currently closed due to matters beyond our control. As staff, we’ve also been affected by the lack of clear communication from upper management and delays in operations. Still, we’ve done our best to continue supporting our members.

At this time, we are unsure of the next steps from PSP’s management, but we remain hopeful for a resolution.

For those who made payments:

πŸ’³ Credit Card: Payments were made directly to PSP’s account. Only management can process cancellations with their partner bank.
πŸ’Έ Cash/Bank Transfer: All payments were deposited to PSP. Staff did not personally handle or keep these funds.

You may consider filing a complaint with the DTI. Some members have already successfully processed refunds through this channel.
