PROJECT HOLE-IN-ONE CAGC
OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED WITH FREE HIV SCREENING & GAD OUTREACH ACTIVITY

Camp Aguinaldo Golf Course (CAGC) proudly launched its flagship morale and welfare initiative, Project HOLE-IN-ONE CAGC — Honoring Opportunities for Lives’ Empowerment, Integrating Networks of Outstanding Nation-Builders for Enriched CAGC.
This project is a brainchild of CDR NOEL STEPHEN M MARZAN PN (MNSA), General Manager of CAGC, whose vision is to transform the golf course into a hub not just of recreation, but of empowerment.
As part of the launch, a Free HIV Screening and Gender Health Outreach Activity was held in collaboration with:
🤝 Women’s Alliance for Security and Peace (WASP)
🤝 ABU (All ‘Bout Under)
🤝 Philippine Army General Hospital
🤝 Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo Station Hospital (CGEASH)
✅ More or less 150 military personnel, civilian employees, and dependents benefited from free and confidential HIV counseling and rapid testing and Gender Awareness and Development (GAD) Workshop
✅ HIV awareness campaigns were delivered under the theme “Every Buddy Laban sa HIV”
✅ Presentations featured RA 11166, AFP Health Guidelines, and other essential updates
Why “HOLE-IN-ONE”?
This project title combines symbolism with purpose. It reflects:
• “HOLE-IN-ONE” – A golf term symbolizing excellence and achievement, now repurposed to mean hitting a perfect shot toward uplifting lives within the CAGC community.
• “Honoring Opportunities for Lives’ Empowerment” – CAGC’s commitment to supporting employees, caddies, military personnel, and their families.
• “Integrating Networks of Outstanding Nation-Builders” – A call to collaborate with stakeholders, donors, and partners to sustain inclusive morale and welfare efforts.
• “Enriched CAGC” – More than just greens and fairways, CAGC becomes a hub of service, unity, and wellness.
Captain Venus G Gualdaquever PN (GSC), Chief of Office of the AFP Gender and Developement Office (AFPGADO) also attended the activity. This milestone marks the beginning of Project HOLE-IN-ONE’s broader vision to uplift lives through health, collaboration, and empowered community engagement—proving that CAGC is not just a golf course,but a center of hope, honor, and holistic growth.
