We hope youโ€™re all doing well. This isnโ€™t easy to write, but we owe you full honesty and transparency about what happened and whatโ€™s been going on.

Sadly, PSP PROJ 8 branch ๐œ๐š๐ง ๐ง๐จ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ซ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ž ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ. The branch has unpaid billsโ€”including electricity, water, internet, and rentโ€”that have been left unsettled for over two months. Despite our hope and efforts, ๐ฐ๐ž ๐ก๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ž๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ ๐š๐ง๐ฒ ๐œ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ซ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ regarding how to move forward.

Weโ€™ve stayed hopeful for as long as we couldโ€”waiting, praying, and continuing to show up, believing things would be resolved. But with the current situation and still no action plan from those in charge, the contract of lease has been terminated hence the branch should be closed ASAP upon termination.

This has been heartbreaking for us, the staff. For two to three months now, ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ก๐š๐ฏ๐ž๐งโ€™๐ญ ๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ž๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ, ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ, ๐จ๐ซ ๐ข๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ, despite being promised multiple release dates. Communication from management has been minimal, and the silence has made everything so much harder. Still, we chose to stay and serve because we genuinely care about all of you. This community means so much to us.

All transactions were processed directly through PSPโ€™s systemโ€”not by us. Only PSPโ€™s management has the authority to cancel or refund those payments by coordinating with their bank. If nothing is resolved, you may file a formal complaint with the ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐๐ž ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ˆ๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ (๐ƒ๐“๐ˆ).

Please know that even if you handed your payment to us in person, everything went directly to PSPโ€™s account, not ours. While refunds are less likely in this case, you may still file a complaint with the DTI.
