To our valued members,
PSP Sto. Domingo branch has remained strong and committed throughout the ongoing challenges our company is facing. Despite not receiving our salaries and commissions for the past 3–4 months, we chose to continue operating for as long as we could—out of dedication to you, our members and clients.
However, things have now reached a point that’s beyond our control. We've done everything we can to keep things running smoothly, but the lack of communication and support from upper management has made it impossible for our staff to sustain their daily needs.
We believe there’s no use in hiding the truth. You placed your trust in us when you signed up for memberships or personal training—and in return, you deserve transparency. At this point, several bills remain unpaid, including rent, water, and electricity, which directly impact our ability to operate.
Still, we remain hopeful that this situation can be resolved soon and that you'll be able to continue using your memberships and training services without interruption.
❓FAQs
How can we get a refund?
- All payments made—whether through cash, bank transfer, or credit card—were directly deposited to PH Sports Performance’s bank account and are fully handled by upper management & owner/former CEO. The staffs do not receive, hold, or have access to any of those payments, which means we cannot process any refunds ourselves. We understand how frustrating this is, and we share your concerns. We strongly encourage you to reach out to the management directly for refund requests and updates.
What happens to the remaining months/years on our membership?
- All memberships will be temporarily put on hold as we wait for updates regarding a possible management transition. We’ll release more information as soon as we receive it.
Is there any action we can take if we want to report this?
- Yes, you may file a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Some affected members have already done so and were able to process their refunds successfully.
