If you are a beginner to FITNESS
It is wise that you take things gradually. Do not do too much at once.
Be patient! I know that rushing things is easy but it's a bad idea.
You can't rush right into a new workout routine, or come to terms with your first panic attack.
It takes months of dedicated work and consistent effort to achieve anything.

If you want to achieve your goals, it is better to take one step at a time and make sure you do not overstretch yourself.
Plan your activities so that each action leads you closer to your desired outcome, and focus on the process rather than the result.
