LABAN ISO
WHAT A GAME‼️🏀
That's how everybody reacted on the game of ISOLATION and SARET last Sunday. A huge buzzer be**er winning shot by Jonie Dalagan to push the twice to beat advantage into a do or die game for SARET!
ISO had the control of the game for the first two quarters, up by 13 in 1st and 10 in 2nd. A complete package effort of the main man of ISO Jonie Dalagan and their Big Man, David "Gori" Delas Alas.
In 3rd quarter, SARET proved that they are the no.1 in the group A and cut the lead by 1 in the last 5:36 of the 3rd, and get their first lead in 5:02. But Benedict Navarro committed his 5th foul and exit early in the game. The 13-0 run, lead by the two guards of Saret, Gab Delacruz and Patrick Calabria gave their team the 17 point advantage at the end of the 3rd.
The "TEAMWORK" i think it belongs to ISO this time, as they cameback from a 17 point lead in the start of the 4th quarter and cut the lead to 5, 73-68, 6:47 minute mark of the 4th. Last 2:54, Saret up by 4, an intense scene as the referee gave an unsportsmanlike foul committed by Iso's Bigman David Delas Alas, to Godoy and out of the game for 3 minutes, but Isolation stretch their effort and extend the game to an overtime 84-84. A minute and half mark of the OT Saret still got the lead by 4, 94-90, but ISO' didn't relinquish and still holding on to the game and got close.
Last 26:99, Saret still up by 3, 97-94, Boyong Navarro on the freethrow line, but he missed the 2 freethrows and gave Jonie Dalagan a chance to put up a 3 to tie the game 97-97. Dying seconds both teams had no time out, Gab Delacruz manage the last shot and got his move by last 5 seconds but he slipped, Dalagan get the ball, pass to his team mate and put it back to him and hit the winning shot, 99-97 ISOLATION!!
