And just like that, we’ve come to the final leg of Pilates & Pause at Celebrity Sports Branch 🤍
What started as a simple invitation to move became something much more meaningful — a space to pause, connect, breathe, and simply be.
A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Mai Dones, our workshop lead and in-house life coach, for saying yes to this beautiful tour and for helping us create spaces where people could slow down, open up, and connect with themselves and with one another.
To all the branches and coaches who took part in this project — thank you for generously sharing your time, energy, and skills. Your presence helped make every session a little more special.
And to everyone who joined us, thank you for showing up as you are. Thank you for allowing yourselves to be vulnerable, to listen, to move, to laugh, and to connect. More than a Pilates session, we hope Pilates & Pause reminded us that there is always room to create community, even within the E.Space.
