To be able to teach the proper form doing the forehand drive is such a delight.

✅ Right arm is distant from the body (back swing).
✅ Left arm is extended in front, inlign with the left knee (point of contact).
✅ Left hand serves as a measure for the spacing of how far the the ball should be before you hit it with your paddle.
✅ Left foot forward (hitting the ball side ways).
✅ Knees bent, and body leaning forward.

Another super Sunday as the grind goes on and on. 😊👌
