I used to think that being in the gym is narcissistic. That body contouring was all about showing off. I was misled in my thoughts.

When I was afforded the chance to thoroughly know the people in the gym, I came to the realization that they are not narcissistic people but people who know what they want in life.

A purpose in this world with the extrinsic outlook coupled with a kind soul. They show perseverance, compassion, understanding and respectof others and most of all, they exude self-confidence.
