Not only do we keep our diver to guide ratios small with a maximum of 4:1… every single diver who dives with us for the first time must complete a check dive, and every single group attends a full pre-dive briefing before heading out. 👌🌊

Double trouble at Sinandigan/Kilima today… Thresher Sharks on BOTH the 8:00am AND 10:30am dives! 🤯🦈

Ok ok… this one was still a baby, but honestly, absolutely incredible to be in the water with! Smooth, graceful and just ridiculously cool to watch cruising past the divers.

And guess what… once again we were diving on DPV’s 🚀

We keep hearing the nonsense that DPV’s scare Thresher Sharks away… yet pretty much EVERY time we jump on the scooters lately, we end up spotting them! 😂

Who said Thresher Sharks in Puerto Galera are seasonal anyway?!? The sightings just keep coming!

This is exactly why we love diving Puerto Galera… one dive you’re flying around reefs on DPV’s like James Bond, the next minute a Thresher Shark appears out of the blue!

Puerto Galera really is one of the BEST places to dive in the Philippines 🇵🇭🔥

🌊♻️ PROTECTING THE OCEAN WE ALL LOVE ♻️🌊

Yesterday, the team from Lalaguna Villas and LLV Divers proudly joined the Nationwide Simultaneous Coastal & Underwater Clean-Up Drive held in Sabang as part of the 2026 Month of the Ocean celebrations 🇵🇭🐠

A huge well done to Liam, Jha, Anone and Kent for representing LLV and taking part alongside 67 divers, the Municipality of Puerto Galera, DENR-MIMAROPA, and the Puerto Galera Dive Shop & Dive Resort Association in helping protect our reefs, coastline, and marine life for future generations. 💙

Puerto Galera is known around the world for its incredible underwater biodiversity and healthy reefs… but keeping it that way takes teamwork, action, and community spirit 🌎

As divers, ocean lovers, and members of the Puerto Galera community, we believe it’s important not only to enjoy the ocean… but to protect it too.

Big thanks to Mayor Robinhood Ylagan, DENR, all organizers, volunteers, and every diver who participated in making a difference 👏
